1. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available at 3:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out maybe be available upon request! Simply check with a guest service representative, and we will do our very best to accommodate you!
2. What amenities are included within the guest room?
All our guest rooms include bedding, a private bath, air conditioning and heat, television and streaming services, complimentary WIFI, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electronic safe, iron and ironing board, and toiletries!
3. What additional amenities do you offer?
We offer a full-service restaurant, O’Reilly’s Taproom & Kitchen, a large heated indoor swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, an electronic game room, an expanded business center, the Central Market, and a 24-Hour Text Chatting Service!
4. Are the rooms non-smoking?
Absolutely! Our entire facility is a smoke-free environment! All forms of smoking, including vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana, are prohibited within the building, and any indication of a violation within the guest room or public spaces will result in a $250 charge.
5. Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.
6. Are pets allowed in the guest rooms?
Absolutely! The Central Hotel welcomes a maximum of two dogs within one room at any time, and each animal must weigh less than 80 pounds. A non-refundable fee of $40 per night will be added to your guest room!
7. Are there accessible rooms available?
Absolutely! We provide accessible guest rooms equipped for guests with disabilities! It is best to request specific accommodation in advance of your time with us.
8. Is parking available?
Yes, we offer ample complimentary on-site parking and are also capable of accommodating multiple motor coaches.
