Our Central Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests with space for a dance floor, and DJ. For a more intimate setting, our Heritage Ballroom can accommodate up to 120 guests with space for a dance floor, and DJ

Yes! Jessica Dickey is our professional, on-site wedding specialist who offers more than 15 years of wedding coordination expertise!
Our all-inclusive wedding packages include venue space, tables, chairs, setup, cocktail hour, traditional wedding toast, linen, and overnight accommodations for the bride and groom!
Absolutely! Our executive chef has prepared several options for both buffet style wedding receptions, as well as elegant served options.
The Central Hotel allows an outside catering service for religious and ethnic purposes, such as kosher foods or cultural specialty items. In addition, wedding cakes are absolutely permitted. Otherwise, all food & beverage must be provided by the Central Hotel.
Possible extras include bar services, security, cleaning, or rentals; however, all our pricing is transparent upfront and at the time of booking!
Absolutely! The hotel will work with you to set up a courtesy block of guest rooms for your traveling guests to ensure all family and friends are under the same roof for your special day!
